Dave Save leg horror part 2 - the missing piece is sighted!

Yesterday we frantically appealed for help in tracking down Dave's missing two inches before the start of the season. Today the following report from our Australian correspondent flopped into the mailbox at Gladys Central:

"Rumour abounds that a 2 inch disc like piece of leg has been seen surfing the point break on Sydney beaches. An unamed source claims to have heard "Fleshy" describing a daring escape from a foreign country, where she had been held prisoner for nearly 40 years, never being able to show her full potential. Best friend and fellow prisoner "Knees-up" couldn`t move quick enough and was caught escaping. Left alone at home Knees-up's condition has deteriorated. Free at last Fleshy vows to stay on the run, safe in the knowledge that this way she`ll never be caught."

Are Dave's missing inches indeed riding the blue juice Down Under? Is it too late to get them back before the season starts?
