The pleasure felt at Gladys Central following the victory in the five-aside competition at Mardi Gras was somewhat soured by having to get our marigolds out to clean the bog for the trophy photo shoot. However we must congratulate Gladys' Snapper, Dutch Cap, Austin Powers, Pink, Whipper and an as yet un-named Gladys on their ruse to get round the extortionate £20 entry fee to post-Pride and their tireless efforts in the sun to grab our first trophy for actually playing football since 1999/2000.

The organisers promised a lavish trophy giving ceremony on the main stage in front of 85,000 adoring fans and an opportunity to meet some potent pussy backstage. Despite the fact that this turned out to be 1500 Westlife fans and a glimpse of an Atomic Kitten a good day was had by all.

Oh yes and we beat Crapton Olient in the final. Bwhahahaha hahahahah hahahahahahah hahahaha hahahahahahahahahaahahahahah......Yes we know that's sad, but we can't help it.
