Good news folks - two months before the start of the 2001 -02 season and we have already chalked up our first serious ligament injury! Gladys Love -Supreme laid out Gladys Big Ears in a tragic parody of one of Gladys Terminator's super-sliding tackles during a gentle kickaround in Clissold Park. Well done Gladys L-S, its a new record and its takes some pretty smart manoevering to get in before Gladys Scissorhands inadvertantly prangs something....

Gladys Hetty Betty drops sprog!

Well done to Gladys Hetty Betty and her geezer (they aren't married you know - its a scandal, we think) on the arrival of Ethan Michael a bouncing boy weighing just over 7lbs. Apparently childbirth is excruciating - even more painful than losing to Crapton Olient, and breast feeding is a nightmare only surpassed by disembowelment and vultures feeding on your entrails (or playing Coppermill).

Friendlies and Fixtures!!

Well actually 'friendly' and 'fixture'. We may be playing those nice chicks from Camden Town on Sunday 2 September and our first London Cup game takes place on Sunday 16 September, away to Coppermill Delicates (yikes). If we get past them (and it's a tight squeeze) and the next two rounds we will get a mashing in the semi from Arsenal. Same old, same old......
