Everyone is welcome whatever your standard or experience. The surface is, unsurprisingly, grass so you will need trainers, astroturf boots or studs depending on how wet the Great British Summer is. There are public toilets to change in but we can't vouch for the state they are in.

The nearest tube is Manor House on the Piccadilly line. Walk down Green Lanes for a good 15 mins and turn left into the park.

Buses include the 73 and you need to get off before the bus enters Church Street (assuming you are travelling from the Victoria end of the route). A number of buses go down Green Lanes and when I'm more organised I'll list 'em.
